With 20 years at Cream Centre, Shekhar ji has mastered the art of Indian Oriental cuisine, with sizzlers being his true speciality. From the flavours to the finesse, his experience shows in every plate that leaves the kitchen.

For Shekhar ji, Cream Centre has never felt like just a workplace. “Yahan staff jaisa kabhi laga hi nahi,” he shares. With team members working together for 50–60 years, the bond here goes beyond roles, it’s about trust, guidance, and growing as one family.

Sunil ji joined Cream Centre in 2017 as an IT Assistant, and over the last almost 8 years, his journey has grown into something truly remarkable. Today, he leads the entire IT division across India as our IT Head, ensuring every system, every outlet, and every team stays connected and running smoothly.

What makes Sunil ji’s story special is not just his growth, but the environment that enabled it. Cream Centre stood by him through family responsibilities and studies, proving once again that this is more than just a workplace it’s a family.

From starting out as a security guard to becoming a trusted part of our purchase team, Bhairavnath’s rise is nothing short of inspiring. It was his dedication and sincerity that first caught the eye of his manager an opportunity that changed his life forever.

Starting as a humble counter staff nearly three decades ago, Gavin has grown into a trusted leader, witnessing generations of Cream Centre fans walk through our doors. His journey is rooted in nostalgia, mentorship, and a deep love for classic dishes like Chana Bhatura and The World Famous Nachos with a modern taste for our Mexican bowl, tacos, and quesadillas.

Gavin also cherishes the mentorship of founder Sanjiv Chona, describing him as an inspiration and deeply values the support of Rishi Chona and the entire Chona family. He proudly shares how working here feels like home, surrounded by familiar faces and returning customers who’ve grown alongside the brand.

One of his proudest moments? Training young talent and watching them go on to shine at larger establishments often in prestigious hotels and establishments, watching them flourish beyond our kitchen.
